For people who flip real things

You didn't make $170 on that flip. You made $106.36.

FlipManager prices your item against real sold comps, writes the listing, and subtracts every fee, part and mile before it tells you what you cleared. Furniture, tools, appliances, electronics, home decor — the stuff with actual margin in it.

No card to start. Credits never expire.

Ten seconds, in the store

Scan it before you buy it.

Point your phone at the tag. FlipManager identifies the item, grades what it can actually see, and shows the resale range next to the asking price — while you're still standing there.

$18 on the rack. Comps say $85–$120. That's a yes.

Why it matters

The decision that makes you money happens in the aisle, not at home. Every minute you spend guessing is a minute someone else is buying it.

The gap

Most flippers know their revenue. Almost none know their margin.

The sale price is the number you remember. It's also the only number that isn't yours. Between the listing and your bank account sits a stack of small subtractions nobody writes down — and on a thin flip, that stack is the whole profit.

Four steps, and the app does the arithmetic on all of them.

The tagline isn't marketing. It's the order the work actually happens in.

01 — FIND

Deals come to you

Sourcing Scout watches clearance, liquidation, auctions and marketplaces for items worth flipping, and drops the good ones in your leads tab.

  • High-ticket focus — $200 and up
  • Deal Analyzer confirms the margin before you drive
  • Risk flagged, never guessed
02 — PRICE

Photo in, number out

Snap it and FlipManager identifies the item, grades the condition honestly, and prices it against what things like it have actually sold for.

  • Condition graded on evidence, not vibes
  • Never marked "for parts" without a named defect
  • Confidence shown, so you know when to check
03 — LIST

Listing Studio writes it

Title, description, specs and condition disclosure, in the format each marketplace wants. Then Negotiation Assistant handles the lowballs.

  • Marketplace-ready copy in seconds
  • Condition language matched to the grade
  • Buyer messages drafted for you
04 — PROFIT

The real number

Purchase price, parts, labor hours, fees, shipping, mileage — tracked per item and rolled into a dashboard that tells you which flips are worth repeating.

  • True margin per item, not revenue
  • Repairs costed with parts and hours
  • Expenses ready at tax time
Reseller checking a $4.99 thrift-store vase in FlipManager, showing a $34-$46 resale range
In the aisle

$4.99 on the tag. The question is what it's worth on the other side.

Scan it before it goes in the cart. If the comps don't clear your margin, put it back — that decision is the whole business.

The difference

Every price shows its work.

Plenty of apps will have an AI guess what your item is worth. A guess is worth what you paid for it. FlipManager shows you the sold listings the number came from — dates, condition, what they actually closed at — so you can argue with it.

On the free plan you bring the comps from eBay's research tools. On Pro, they're pulled for you automatically.

Who it's for

Three kinds of flipper. One set of numbers.

Weekends & evenings

The side hustler

You're flipping around a job. You don't need a spreadsheet habit — you need to know in ten seconds whether the $40 dresser is worth loading in the car.

$200 and up

The high-ticket flipper

Fewer items, bigger tickets, real repair costs. One mispriced appliance wipes out three good flips, so the comps have to be right.

It's a business now

The resale operation

Inventory, repairs, expenses, sales across channels — and an accountant who wants it all in one place come April.

Questions

Before you sign up

Where do the prices actually come from?

Sold listings — what comparable items closed at, not what sellers are asking. Asking prices tell you what people hope for; sold prices tell you what the market paid. On Free you paste in comps from eBay's research tools; on Pro they're pulled automatically.

Will it call my working item “for parts”?

No. Condition is graded on a full ladder — New, Like New, Excellent, Good, Fair, For Parts — and “For Parts” requires a named, visible defect like a cracked screen or a severed cord. Cosmetic wear, dust and scuffs never downgrade an item. When the app isn't confident, it says so and asks you rather than guessing low.

What's an AI credit, in plain terms?

One AI action — scanning an item, pulling comps, writing a listing, drafting a buyer reply. Pro includes 500 a month, which covers most flippers comfortably. If you have a heavy month, top-ups start at $9 and the credits never expire.

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can photograph an item and type what you paid for it, you can use FlipManager. There's nothing to install and no spreadsheet to maintain.

What if I want to cancel?

Cancel any time from your account. Pro access continues through the period you've already paid for, and any AI credits you've bought stay in your account.
